Well Qt does support UWP platform with Qt for UWP.
If you mean a comparison of developing natively with UWP API vs Qt for UWP, I can only reiterate that native platform development is probably always more beneficial if you know you develop for only one platform. Otherwise this series should help with a different choice.

Also seems there should be one article about Qt for UWP :)
